Baymont by Wyndham Jonesboro

The staff were all excellent, kind & caring while still professional. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The fridge & microwave were very clean. Anything I asked for were provided, such as extra towels, shampoo & conditioner & soap were all provided. The room was clean, spacious & had all amenities more expensive hotels provide. There was a very nice desk that I used a lot. It is a non-smoking hotel & I smoke. The outside smoking areas were very convenient. The continental breakfast was exceptional. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous & accommodating. They did an exceptional job of making sure the rooms were very clean. My one & only complaint was the TV..... The stations were analog rather than digital. I wanted to watch the local news & ABC World News Tonight, which I couldn't. The reason that was so important to me is because I am homeless due to a fire in June.

The fact that I was able to check in at my convenience and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I intend to return in the future
